Mrs. Ann Langworthy

My name is Ann Langworthy and I serve as the Licensed School Counselor at Maple River Secondary School, grades 9-12.  I grew up near Amboy, Minnesota and was fortunate to be part of the first graduating class of Maple River High School in 1990.  I attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Studies before furthering my education and receiving a Master's Degree in School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.  I am now in my 26th year as a Licensed School Counselor at Maple River Secondary School.  It has been a wonderful experience serving students, parents, teachers, and the communities of Amboy, Good Thunder, Minnesota Lake, and Mapleton.  I love my job and look forward to my work each and every year!

In my spare time, I enjoy scrapbooking and making craft projects.  I also spend time watching my children's activities, such as softball, tennis, volleyball, and horseback riding, as well as volunteering for various groups within our community.
