What is an Early Childhood Screening?
Early Childhood Screening is a process that every child in Minnesota needs to go through at least once by the time they enter Kindergarten. It is recommended to be done when the child is 3 years old. Click here for more information.
Maple River offers 3 screening dates per year at St. John Lutheran Church in Mapleton. If your child is at least 3 years old and needs to be screened, please contact our team.

How to Register
October Registration is officially closed at this time.
Registration will reopen approximately one month prior to the January screening date.

2. Pick Your Time Slot Here
The time you choose is your arrival time. The actual screening will take up to an hour to complete.
3. Check your mail a week before screening for additional paperwork.
This paperwork can be brought to your child's screening appointment.
