Smiles from Mrs. Stoltzman
My name is Brenda Stoltzman.  After graduating from Maple River High School, I attended Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa where I earned my Elementary Teaching Degree with an emphasis in Reading.  I have been working at Maple River since 1995.  During my time here I have worked as a Paraprofessional in the Middle School, a First Grade Teacher at MR East, a Second Grade Teacher at MR East and most recently as a Title One Reading Teacher at MR East and MR West.  I am thankful to have the opportunity to teach in such a supportive community that has such great kids (and parents, too :-)  GO EAGLES!

My name is Laura Fritz and I am a Title One paraprofessional at Maple River West Elementary in Good Thunder.  I graduated from Mankato State University with a degree in dental assisting and had 2 years of general education at South Dakota State University.  I have worked in the district since 2000. I have been in the Title One program for 14 years.  I enjoy seeing how children at every grade level improve their math and reading skills. Being a part of this is exciting and rewarding!

Marilyn My name is Marilyn Beske and I am a Title One paraprofessional at Maple River East Elementary.  I began my career here as an Assurance of Mastery aide in 1995 and then joined the Title One staff. In 2004, I took the 2 year paraprofessional class that was offered for certification.  I have truly enjoyed my many years helping with the children of our community.  It is so interesting to see them grow both physically and academically.  It has helped me grow as well!I love the days the" light bulbs" turn on, to see the joy on their faces is divine!!!
