The MN School Sealant Program Tooth Fairies will be visiting Maple River on Wednesday, March 25th, offering services to all grade levels (PreK-12). To participate, you can complete the consent form that will be sent home with your student, or online at the link provided: https://www.schoolsealants.com/consentform
